Return, Exchange, and Watch Repair Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the product meets the following conditions:

  • The product must remain in its original packaging, unused (except for trying on), unworn, undismantled, undamaged, free of scratches, and unaltered.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Special Notes:

  • If the package is lost during shipping, or if it cannot be delivered to us due to customs issues, we will not accept returns, exchanges, or repairs.
    (Due to non-compliance with customs clearance requirements, we do not provide customs clearance or declaration services. We will not respond to notifications regarding shipping, customs clearance, or declaration.)
  • All logistics fees and handling charges incurred during the repair process must be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Process:

  1. Submit a Return Request: Please contact cleanfactorywatch.co to request a return and provide the relevant order information.
  2. Safe Packaging and Shipping: Ensure the product is safely packaged and returned via a reliable shipping method. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt for tracking the return process.
  3. Product Inspection and Refund:
    • After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you of the results via email.
    • If the return request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method and should be credited within a certain period.

Refund Delays or Non-receipt: If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account to confirm whether the refund has been processed.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as some refunds may require processing time.
  3. Consult your bank, as there may be a delay in the refund’s arrival.
